“Why can’t we purchase two different ticket types at the same time?” This was one of the most common questions we heard last winter. This off-season, our top priority was to improve your experience from start to finish. With our new system, you’ll now enjoy a streamlined checkout and an intuitively designed interface that makes purchasing multiple ticket types in one transaction easier than ever.
This impactful upgrade is the introduction of Axess; a ticketing and access management system, designed to elevate the guest experience and streamline our operations. Based on valuable community feedback, we’ve embraced new technology to improve every step of your visit. With Axess, guests can now complete purchases across multiple departments, not just ticketing. Need to buy 3 adult passes, 2 youth passes, rentals and lessons for your new adventure? No problem—Axess makes it easy to do it all at once. Unlike last year, you will be able to buy rentals, lessons and passes all together in one single checkout process. From the moment you go online, you’ll enjoy a simplified, seamless experience.
Best of all, whether you’re a returning local or visiting from out of town, Axess offers account creation. Your account will securely store your visit details and your signed waiver, making future checkouts even faster. Ski lift passes will now not only just get you access to the slopes through activated RFID, but also the ability to load funds onto the card at guest services, similar to a gift card, to use at any of our point of sales including, food & bev, retail, and lockers. Upon returning to Hatley Pointe the next time adventure calls, you’ll be able to automatically reload your lift pass online and skip the pick-up process!

So, what’s changing with the in-person experience?
You might be wondering, “Where do I pick up my lift pass now?” Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. From now on, lift tickets will only be sold exclusively online, you’ll no longer need to wait in line at guest services to purchase. This means a quicker, smoother experience once you arrive. When you get here, just head to one of our new pick-up boxes—they’ll be available outside in front of our lodge, labeled as “Skiosks”. Scan the QR code from your confirmation email, and your RFID-enabled pass will pop right out, ready to go. Do keep in mind, to pick up discounted passes or load Resort Cash, you will have to go to Guest Services.
Plan, purchase, and play! Book ahead to ensure yourself a powder day. To keep things simple and make sure everyone has the best experience possible, we’re moving to online-only ticket sales. That means no more on-site ticket booths—everything will be handled ahead of time through our website. This change helps you avoid surprises like sold-out days. You’ll be able to check if tickets are available before you arrive, lock in your spot, and plan your trip with total peace of mind.
