- Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take guests orders and provide recommendations on menu items
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any guest concerns or requests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with other servers and staff to provide exceptional service aligning with our core values
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service preferred
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
- Robust knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Familiarity with software systems like (Resy/Square) is a plus
